Dennis Capital Management also offers clients investment options with Vanguard Funds. John Bogle founded The Vanguard Group as a nonprofit in 1975, and it has since grown into what many fund investors consider the default standard. Vanguard is very conservatively run and did not require U.S. government assistance during the Great Recession of the late 2000s.
Consider this option as another means to keep your investment costs low. Vanguard reports that its no-load mutual fund expense ratios on average are 82% less than the industry average. This means less is taken from your funds’ earnings to cover expenses. Vanguard also touts its competitive long-term performance: 92% of Vanguard no-load mutual funds beat the average returns of their peers over a 10-year period.
The average expense ratio for Vanguard is 0.18%. Dennis Capital Management’s fee is 0.9%, most of our competitors are at 1%.
